Catalyst120 is a secure cloud-based public health data management software product. It was designed to eliminate costly single-purpose software systems widely used in government, and still provide public health employees the ability to avoid the inherent inefficiencies of manual coordination and paper data collection.

OUR STORY
We are a small company started in 2008 in Lawrenceville, GA. Our CEO, since 2008, is a prior CDC Program Consultant and Behavioral Scientist that designed and managed national evaluations, including their data requirements, that contributed to the chronic disease prevention and health promotion evidence-base. We are dedicated to innovation, collaboration, and communication. Our company culture focuses on facilitating teamwork and growing an environment based on trust and transparency.
Our clientele consists predominantly of state health departments, their programs and partners, and any entity engaged in coordinated public health approaches. Our specialty is coordinated chronic disease prevention and health promotion with our experts boasting hundreds of millions of dollars in public health program administration, evaluation, and enhancement.
OUR PRODUCT
Catalyst120 allows you to manage your data and daily processes efficiently through the use of our Planning & Evaluation, Patient Database, and Management modules.
The Planning & Evaluation module allows your plan administrators to create and track public health action plans through all phases of the plan lifecycle (Application, Review, and Implementation). External grantees can also log in to report their progress directly in the system.
The Patient Database module allows you to manage participants from navigation to treatment, tracking enrollment, screening, and follow-ups. You can process payments to service providers based on the collected data.
The Management module provides you the tools to generate and execute contracts, implement and monitor policies, and track vendors and partners. While the Management module can stand alone, it also easily integrates with both Planning & Evaluation and Patient Databases.
Catalyst120 offers multiple ways to view, manage, and analyze your data. From grid reports that allow you to drill down into specifics to charts and graphs that provide you with a higher level visual, Catalyst120 ensures that you are only a few clicks away from understanding.
OUR HISTORY
Catalyst120 has provided robust public health support to over a billion patient data transactions between healthcare providers and their state health department. We have 1000's of users handling over a million patient record transactions per year, 100's of work plans and program performance measurement, 1000's of applications for funding with contracting partners, and awarded and processed payment for over $100 million in contracts with state partners.
Our secure cloud-based solution has served clients as large as New York and as small as New Hampshire, and we continue to grow and provide dependable service in the public health industry.
